Nationality

Nationalities for students and teachers, and whether they need a Nepal address.

A nationality is chosen on student and teacher forms. The Address Details switch decides whether the province, district and municipality fields are asked for that nationality.

Where it is used

  • Student admission and teacher forms

Before you start

  • Add nationalities before admitting students and adding teachers.

The list page

Open Main Entry → Nationality from the sidebar, or click the Nationality card on the Main Entry dashboard.

Known issue: search box

The search box on this page is shown but does not narrow the list yet. Use Rows and the page buttons under the table to move around.

1 Nationality Name Yes Letters and spaces only, at least 2 characters, for example Nepali. No digits or punctuation.

3 Nationality Status No On (default) = visible to users.
  3. 3

    Save

Click Save Nationality (the last callout). On success the panel closes, the list refreshes and a green Success message appears. If something is wrong, a red Error message lists the problems and the panel stays open so you can fix them. Cancel, the × or a click outside the panel closes it without saving.
